web site is governed by the policies, terms, and conditions set forth
below. Please read the following information carefully. By using this
website or submitting an order for products or services, you indicate your
acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, the terms and conditions
set forth below.
These terms and conditions may be changed by Medical Equipment
Outfitters, LLC, in the future. It is your responsibility as a user to
periodically return to this page to review the terms and conditions for
amendments. The amended terms shall take effect automatically the day
they are posted on the site.
To return merchandise for credit or replacement, you MUST:
Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by calling us toll free at 1-888-839-0004.
Packages without RAN posted on the box will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
All customers must review and approve the Return Policy during the checkout process.
All returns must be in their original packaging and require an
RAN clearly marked on top of the package. Packages without an RAN
will not be accepted.
Returned items that have suffered physical damage by the customer will not be accepted for any reason.
All products purchased from Medical Equipment Outfitters may be returned within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Only those items specifically designated as being on Back-Order may be returned within a
period of 30 days from the date of delivery.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping is non-refundable. All shipping charges related to returns on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Credit for purchases will only be issued once the returned
item has been received, inspected and processed by the shipping/receiving department. Customers whose returned merchandise
arrives with missing parts or components will be charged for the
missing parts in addition to the restocking fee. Prior to issuing
credit a customer service representative will contact the client via
phone, email or fax and inform them of the total credit to be issued
to the customer.
Defective medical products will be exchanged with the same products.
Any product that has been worn or came into contact with the human body is not returnable or refundable.
Items such as knee splints, hand splints, and other medical products are single-use patient items and
cannot be returned due to state and federal health regulations.
Medical Equipment Outfitters is not liable for
shipments made to us. We recommend that our customers
use shipping companies such as UPS or
the U.S. Postal Service with good packaging (original packing preferred) and full insurance paid. The RAN that was issued to you
should be clearly written on the top of the box and not covered by any labels. Some of the products will be shipped directly to the
manufacturer. Please contact us for proper shipping instructions.
Special orders or custom sized products may not be returned for credit or exchange.
